Job Title: Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead our player development program across the Norwood Football Club’s metropolitan and country zones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing top football talent, as well as the ability to create and implement strategic plans to enhance the club’s presence to support underage football in its zones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a talent development plan for the club, including coaching, training, and mentoring programs.
• Collaborate with the club’s football management team to develop and execute a strategic plan for the club’s long-term success.
• Manage and maintain relationships with current local clubs, schools, potential players, coaches, agents, and other stakeholders in the football community including players parents or caregivers.
• Stay informed of current trends and developments in football talent management and incorporate them into the club’s strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of identifying and developing top football talent.
• Strong knowledge of the local football landscape, including current trends and developments in the sport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, or a related field.
