Round 19 Team – Three potential additions to Norwood squad

NORWOOD has named up to three potential inclusions for Saturday’s final home match against Adelaide at Coopers Stadium.

After cementing a finals spot last weekend with a 12-point win over North Adelaide, the Redlegs will look to continue their momentum with a spot in the top three still up for grabs.

Midfielder/forward, Peter Bampton has been named on the extended bench after his three-goal haul against North Adelaide in the Reserves, while tough defender Mac Bower and inside midfielder Mitch Cotter have also been named.

Cotter finished with 26 disposals in the loss last weekend, while Bower again performed well gathering 25 touches to go with five marks and three tackles.

There are no confirmed outs at this stage with Norwood to confirm their final 22 at 5:00 pm on Friday afternoon.

In good news for the Reserves, Cole Gerloff will return from injury after he suffered a knee injury against West Adelaide in Round 17.

Norwood will face Adelaide from 1:10 pm this Saturday at Coopers Stadium with the Reserves beginning at 10:00 am.
