R2 Teams: SANFLW & Development League

Norwood’s SANFLW and Development League teams travel down to Noarlunga for a Round 2 clash with South Adelaide this Saturday at Flinders University Stadium. 

The SANFLW match will get underway at 6pm, while the Development League game will start at 4pm.

Elle Lineage and Charlotte Nenke come into the SANFLW side for Alison Ferrall (quad) and Rosie Boon, with Lineage (Hectorville Football Club) making her SANFLW debut.

Norwood’s SANFLW side will be looking for its first win of the 2023 campaign, following a high-scoring two-point loss to reigning premiers North Adelaide in Round 1, 7.8-50 to 7.10-52.

The Development League side has added Boon, Natasha Allison, Ella Strudwick, Adrienne Davies and Jiarna Zerella to its Round 2 side, which will be hoping to continue to build on its Round 1 performance – a 41-point win over the Roosters.

South recorded wins in both its Round 1 matches against Sturt. The SANFLW side won 3.5-23 to 1.9-15, while the Panthers Development League side won 3.7-25 to 1.4-10.
