Team Selection – Norwood name squad of 25 to face Central

NORWOOD has named an extended squad of 25 to face Central District on Saturday after at X-Convenience Oval.

The Redlegs sustained no new injuries in the 40-point win against the Eagles, however, have named three potential inclusions for the weekend’s match.

Forward/ruckman Luke Surman has been recalled after a strong performance in the Reserves last week, while Jed Spence and Brodie Carroll have also been named on the extended bench for Saturday’s clash.

Unfortunately, key defender Michael Talia did not get through training during the week and is still nursing a sore hamstring. His timeframe to return is yet to be determined.

Norwood takes on Centrals at X-Convenience Oval from 2:10pm on Saturday afternoon.
