NORWOOD has made one forced change to its side that travels to Unley Oval this Saturday afternoon.
2020 Club Champion Richard Douglas has withdrawn from the clash due to a personal commitment, with exciting youngster Cole Gerloff his direct replacement.
Gerloff, was the Reserves Best player last Friday after collecting 21 disposals to go with seven tackles and three goals. The 21-year-old had an injury-interrupted 2020 season, however, will look to cement himself in Coach Jade Rawlings’ best 22.
Reporting a relatively clean bill of health, the Legs will head into Saturday’s clash raring to go after coming off the back of an impressive victory over Port Adelaide last Thursday.
Norwood’s Reserves side will be bolstered by the return of tough forward Sam Barnett who has overcome an achilles injury as well as new recruit Mitch Cotter.
Saturday’s clash with Sturt brings up Cameron Shenton’s 100th game for the club after making his debut back in 2010.
Last week youngster Jacob Kennerley was one of our Round 1 AAMI Rookies.
The Redlegs clash with Sturt begins at 3:05pm on Saturday afternoon with the Reserves in action first at 12:25pm.
