Round 13 Teams

Norwood has its eyes set on 10 consecutive victories when it takes on Glenelg at Coopers Stadium on Saturday evening, but in order to do so the Redlegs will need to snap a two-year winless run against the Tigers.

The last time Norwood defeated the Bays was Round 2, 2024, who have since claimed eight of the last nine wins between the two clubs, including the last six.

Redlegs coach Jade Sheedy said his side was firmly focussed on this Saturday, rather than bringing up recent history.

“No, we won’t (bring it up with the players), because it’s so different now,” Sheedy said.

“We have a different coach, a different playing group and different game style. They are the same – they have a different coach, I’ve noticed a little bit of change in their game style, and they have a little difference in personnel as well.

“For us, we’ll do what we do for every opposition, and try to take something away from them, maximise our strengths, and focus on what we can do really.”

Norwood has again taken a settled line up into the Round 13 match, adding Noah Daw, Josh Murphy and Oliver Sanders to the extended bench.

The League match is the last of four matches at Coopers Stadium on Saturday, starting with the U16s at 9am, U18s at 11:20am, Reserves at 1:50pm, and League at 4:30pm.
