NORWOOD is set to welcome back Triple Premiership Player Brady Dawe for Saturday’s Elimination Final with Sturt.
Dawe has missed the past fortnight with a quad injury and looks to have overcome that injury to be a certain starter for the Redlegs on Saturday afternoon.
The 31-year old last week announced his retirement at seasons end, however, will play a huge part for Norwood throughout the 2019 finals.
Senior Coach Jarrod Cotton has also added Cody Szust to its 23-man squad to face the Double Blues.
Szust has been in good form at Reserve level averaging 21.4 disposals per game going at 83% efficiency.
Szust is named on the extended bench, with the squad set to be trimmed to 21 before the start of Saturday’s match, while utility Cam Ball remains in the squad again after a strong performance against West Adelaide.
After finishing as Minor Premiers last weekend, Norwood’s Reserves will enjoy a week off before playing a semi-final next Saturday.
First bounce on Saturday afternoon is at 3.20pm, with the game to be broadcast live on SANFL Digital Pass and Channel 7.
