NORWOOD will be without Captain Jace Bode and small forward Ed Smart for Sunday’s clash with Port Adelaide.
Bode and Smart injured themselves in Monday’s thrilling win over the Panthers and are both likely to spend a couple of weeks on the sidelines after sustaining ankle and hamstring injuries.
In better news, Senior Coach Jarrod Cotton has named Mitch Grigg after he experienced back spasms which forced him out of the last quarter against South Adelaide.
Grigg will again need to prove his fitness in order to be available for Sunday.
Zac Richards has also been named after he was ruled out late with general soreness. Richards will be given until the very last minute to prove his fitness for Sunday.
Speedster Chris Olsson has been included in the squad of 25 after a series of strong performances in the Reserves, along with Corey Grove, and defender Cam Ball.
First bounce on Monday afternoon is at 2.40pm, with the game to be broadcast live on the SANFL Digital Pass and Channel 7.
The Norwood Reserves will be in action on Saturday afternoon against Central District at Elizabeth Oval.
